The safety of our clients and employees is paramount to us, and therefore we have implemented our Covid-19 policy to protect visitors to the Studio, in line with the Government Health and Safety guidance.
At this time, we are running at reduced capacity to allow plenty of distance between clients, and we will be using either disposable PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) or items that will be laundered after one use.
We kindly ask you to only attend your appointment if you are feeling fit, well and are showing no symptoms of Covid-19. If you have recently travelled, please follow Jersey Airport guidance and wait for all negative test results before attending your appointment.
Clients will be digitally temperature checked upon arrival, as well as all of our staff members each day.
During this time there will be a £2.00 fee purely to cover the cost of our Covid-19 procedures.
Full terms and conditions of appointments will be emailed to each client prior to their appointment at Joelene Hill - THE STUDIO, however we kindly remind you to wear a mask to your appointment.
